viamon’s many years of experience in securing solar power plants show that the best way to achieve optimum security for solar parks is through a sensible combination of different technologies that complement each other in their effects. This is why viamon has developed special vibration, position and infrared sensors, which are efficiently combined in the TRAPS concept with classic technologies such as cameras and warning beams with GSM monitors. In this way, objects can be secured and simultaneously monitored worldwide by viamon using GPS. TRAPS detects intruders at an early stage using infrared sensors – and also deters potential thieves with cameras, sirens and warning beacons.
viamon determines the number and type of sensors to be used when creating individual security concepts. Based on the many years of experience of the viamon experts, the specific topographical situation on site and the design of the facility are also used to minimize the number of sensors required and thus the costs incurred.
